Zaplix IPTV Player (com.dopamingaming.zaplix) — Effective date: 8 July 2026

1. What Zaplix is

Zaplix is a media player application. It ships with no channels, movies, series, playlists or subscriptions of any kind. The app only plays content from sources that you, the user, configure yourself: your own Xtream Codes account, your own M3U playlist, or media shared from your own computer on your local network.

2. Your responsibility for content

• You are solely responsible for the playlists, services and media you add to the app and for having the legal right to access them.
• Zaplix does not provide, host, promote, index, endorse or resell any content or IPTV service, and receives no payment from any content provider.
• Accessing copyrighted content without authorization may be illegal in your country. Do not use Zaplix for that purpose.

3. Accounts and sync

An account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Sync and Google Drive backup are provided as-is, as a convenience; keep your own copies of any information you cannot afford to lose. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the app to violate any law, to redistribute streams, or to interfere with the services the app connects to. We may suspend accounts used abusively.

5. No warranty

Zaplix is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Playback quality depends entirely on the sources you configure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including loss of data or inability to access third-party services.

6. Third-party services

Google sign-in, Google Drive and TMDB are subject to their own terms. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means acceptance. The effective date above always reflects the latest version.

1. Zaplix nedir

Zaplix bir medya oynatıcı uygulamasıdır. Beraberinde hiçbir kanal, film, dizi, playlist veya abonelik gelmez. Uygulama yalnızca sizin yapılandırdığınız kaynakları oynatır: kendi Xtream Codes hesabınız, kendi M3U playlistiniz veya yerel ağınızdaki kendi bilgisayarınızdan paylaşılan medya.

2. İçerik sorumluluğu

• Uygulamaya eklediğiniz playlist, servis ve medyadan ve bunlara erişim hakkına sahip olmaktan yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz.
• Zaplix hiçbir içerik veya IPTV servisi sağlamaz, barındırmaz, tanıtmaz, dizinlemez, onaylamaz veya satmaz; hiçbir içerik sağlayıcıdan ödeme almaz.
• Telif hakkıyla korunan içeriğe izinsiz erişim ülkenizde yasa dışı olabilir. Zaplix'i bu amaçla kullanmayın.

3. Hesap ve eşitleme

Hesap isteğe bağlıdır. Oluşturursanız kimlik bilgilerinizi korumak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Eşitleme ve Google Drive yedeği olduğu gibi sunulur; kaybetmeyi göze alamayacağınız bilgilerin kendi kopyalarını saklayın. Veri işleme Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır.

4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Uygulama; yasaları ihlal etmek, yayınları yeniden dağıtmak veya bağlanılan servisleri engellemek için kullanılamaz.

5. Garanti reddi

Zaplix "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Oynatma kalitesi tamamen yapılandırdığınız kaynaklara bağlıdır. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
